Class description:
Using colorful felt, assorted trims, and a few simple embroidery stitches, you can transform a favorite photograph into a keepsake ornament. These make wonderful gifts, or you can tie them to a special package. You can use photographs of your favorite people, pets, places, or things - there are tons of possibilities!
Special notes and items to bring:
Supplies included - Special Item(s) to bring: bring one or two photographs you'd like to make into ornaments. They should be printed on photo paper, and the active image area should be approximately 2" wide by 3" tall.
Read this before you register
- DIY Lounge is located at collage, a locally owned business that sells art supplies with a class space in the back. We have two locations in the Portland, Oregon area.
Visit our locations page addresses and directions. - On average we require a minimum of 3 students to run a class. Class minimums are decided by teachers depending on the needs of the class. If registration is lower, the class will be cancelled and any students who have registered will be notified via email.
- If a class is cancelled we can apply your payment toward another class registration or refund your money in full. Your choice!
- Online pre-registration is required, but exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. If you require an exception, please use our contact page and let us know your situation.
- At least 48 hour notice is required if you need to cancel your class registration.
- Be sure to check the supply list provided in the class notes and bring those items with you to the class.
